INFORMATION ABOUT PROJECT No. 2
The Spanish company ALBENIMAR SL was established on April 07 , 2014 in
Benidorm , province of Alicante , Valencian community . During this period,
the company and its team mastered real estate sales projects (from
apartment sales to hotels), tourism projects (hosted tourist groups), organized
business projects of their clients from scratch to the first profit, engaged in
commercial purchase and sale projects, housing construction.
After the pandemic in Spain, all merchants went through a shock period,
but now our company and its team are ready to present our Business Project
(scheme) on the food topic to you for study.
Purpose: To organize a business according to the scheme of obtaining a
cheap product at wholesale prices, packaging it in packages ( bundling) and
obtaining all certificates and selling it in the EU as a Spanish-made product.
Preliminary calculations OF THE PROJECT "ALBENIMAR TRADING
HOUSE":
1. Receiving an investment tranche in the amount of 220,000 euros to the
account of ALBENIMAR company. It is possible to arrange it as a loan
contract or an investment in a project with equity participation. The
amount can be increased up to 2,000,000 euros.
2. The contract and the investment are registered with he Spanish
Chamber of Commerce in Madrid through a notary.
3. ALBENIMAR draws up a lease contract for a warehouse of 1000 m2-
1500 m2. There is already an office space in the room . The rental
amount is 4,000 euros per month. Calculation for 6 months of rent . In
the future , the lease comes from working capital . Total : 4000 x 6 =
24,000 euros (the price includes rent + communication + Internet +
water + light)
4. Mechanization equipment is purchased at the warehouse: loader-lift (
electric), manual lifts, trolleys, racks, euro pallets for a total amount of
50,000 euros
5. Office equipment and furniture – 15,000 euros
6. Website and work with Internet resources 1000 euros per month. Total
: 6 000 euros (6 months)

8. Director – 1800 euros +450 social benefits = 2250 euros
9. Deputy Director-head of the Department – 1500 +400 = 1900 euros
10. 2 workers – 1400 euros +350 x 2 = 3500 euros
11. TOTAL : 7,650 euros x 6 months = 45,900 euros
12. Past the storage in the warehouse, a room is built for packaging according
to the standards of Sanidad Spain. Construction + materials + project =40,000
euros
13. Purchase of a packaging machine – 20,000 euros
14. Purchase of rolled paper with the trademark applied at the rate of 6
months + packing boxes (the trademark is patented on the Trading House) –
6 000 euros
PRIMARY CALCULATIONS ON THE BASIS OF THE BUSINESS OF THE
TRADING HOUSE WAREHOUSE + PRODUCTION WORKSHOP : 206,900
euros + 14,000 euros (small things) = 220,000 euros
BASIC CALCULATIONS FOR THE PRODUCTION AND SALE OF GOODS:
It is planned to work with the Trading House theme on the following topics (as
an example taken for calculations)
THE FIRST TOPIC IS "SUNFLOWER REFINED OIL"
Plan on the topic :
1.Wholesale is bought 500 m / ton in 1 liter bottles of plastic with previously
made and pasted labels of a Trading House in Tanzania, refined sunflower
vegetable oil at a price of $ 1400 per 1 m / ton. In total, 22 tons in one
container or 22 sea containers 20/40. The total purchase amount is $ 700,000
or 686,000 euros (1,372 euros per 1 m/ton).Price on CIF terms.
2.Customs clearance procedures and delivery to the warehouse of the
Trading House – 120,000 euros
3. The cost of goods in stock at the time of sale is 1,612 euros per 1 m/ton (
806,900 euros ). Wholesale from a warehouse of 1850 euros per m/ton on
01.05.2022.
4. The revenue from the sold goods is 500 m / tons within 3 weeks of 925,000
euros. The income is 118 100 euros .
5. For a control period of 6 months with working capital of 806,900 euros +
investments of 220,000 euros. TOTAL : 1,026,000 euros
Revenue per month is 118 100 euros when trading fast wholesale . 118 100
euros x 6 = 708 600 euros .1,417,200 euros per year .
6. Expenses for the year salary and maintenance of the warehouse will
amount to 139 800 euros.
TOTAL :expected profit for the year 1,277, 400 euros .
THE SECOND TOPIC is "ORDINARY BEANS"
(like: sugar, nuts, flour,etc.).
A plan on the topic :
1. Beans are bought wholesale (the Republic of Kyrgyzstan) ordinary. 300
m/ton in bags of 50 kg. There are 22 tons in the container . 13 sea containers
20/40. Total transaction amount : 0.65 euros per 1 kg of beans in the port of
Valencia , Spain or 650 euros per m/ton x 300 = 195.000 euros
2. Customs clearance, duties, transportation, etc. – 40,000 euros
3. The cost price in stock: 783 euros per 1 m/ton or 0.78 euros per 1 kg.
4. Packaging costs: 0.85 euros per 1 kg.
5. Wholesale from a warehouse of 1.30 euros for 1 kg of ordinary beans.
6. Sales revenue for 3 weeks is expected to be 390,000 euros. When
investing in the project BEANS 195.000 + 40,000 = 230,000 euros . The
income for 3 weeks will be – 390 000 – 230 000 = 160,000 euros .
7. In cases where there are two themes or three in the warehouse, the costs
of maintaining the warehouse are divided by the total income with that.
The company has the opportunity to deliver to its warehouse in the
Trading House any product from the list at wholesale prices where the
average margin is 0.30 euros per 1 kg or 1 liter .
On average, to create the ALBENIMAR TRADING HOUSE project in the
province of Alicante, the company needs an ideal 1,500,000 euros.
