Oil obtained from olive fruits only by mechanical or other physical procedures, mainly under

thermal conditions (20-35oC), which are not associated with oil changes and have not been

subjected to treatment other than washing, decanting, pressing and filtration, for olive oils.

It is intended for all types of customers or target audience, as it is a harmless and absolutely

safe product for the consumer. No vulnerable groups of the population were identified.

6.STABILITY

The product is stable at room temperature. Below 10oC, some opacity may appear in the oil.

This process is completely natural, and the oil will reappear without opacity in warmer

temperature conditions; this is because waxes containing oil (an unmistakable sign of purity),

being at a lower temperature of the oil production conditions, appear on the packaging in the

form of white spots.

8. PACKAGING AND PRESENTATION

PET cans of 5 liters, 3 liters, 1 liter, 3 liters CAN, 2.5 liters CAN, 5 liters CAN, and 1 liter CAN,

100 cc. 750 cc. cm, 500 cc. cm, 250 cc. cm, 100 cc. see GLASSES and monodose jars of 20

ml, 15 ml and 10 ml.

LOT AND DATE OF PREFERRED CONSUMPTION:

When packaging and labeling, all the data required in Community Regulations 1169/2011 and

RD 1334/1999 on the general standard for labeling, presentation and advertising of food

products are indicated, and the minimum information should be as follows:

• Trademark, company name or company name and company address.

• Product type or general name.

• The ratio of the ingredients included in its composition, listed from the largest to

• the smallest ratio.

• The net quantity of the product in legal units of measurement (liters, cubic cm).

• Batch number or date of manufacture and maximum consumption period, with
